Do you charge per seat or per tracker?

Per tracker. Add as many drivers, dispatchers and viewers as you like — they're always free. We charge for the asset that's emitting positions, not the human watching the map.

What happens after the 14-day trial?

Your trial of the Fleet plan ends and you can pick any plan to continue, or stay on the free Starter tier (5 trackers, 30-day history, email alerts). No card during the trial; you only enter card details if you choose to subscribe.

Annual billing — what's the discount?

Two months free: annual billing equals 10× the monthly rate. Renewal is yearly until you cancel.

How does VAT work for EU customers?

Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT. We charge Irish VAT (23%) on Irish customers, and we apply the reverse-charge mechanism on B2B customers in other EU member states (you supply your VAT number in billing settings; we validate via VIES).

Can I switch plans?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and the difference is prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

Refunds?

If something goes badly wrong on our side and you cancel within 30 days of the issue, we'll refund pro-rata. EU consumers retain the 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU; see Terms §5.4.

Do I have to bring my own hardware?

No. The mobile app turns any phone into a tracker — useful for couriers, lone workers, or temporary use. Hardware trackers (Teltonika, Queclink, GL300, OBD-II dongles) are extra cost and are not sold by us, but we'll point you at vendors. Bulk hardware procurement available with the Business plan.
